QuattroCorbel - Ten Year Limited Warranty

Terms and Conditions

A manufacturing defect on a QuattroCorbel is defined as a joint separation along the glue lines (delamination) that exceeds the following:

• A split along the glue line on the edge that is wider than the thickness of on US nickel and longer than half the QuattroCorbel total length.
• A split along the glue line on the profiled face that is wider than the thickness of one US nickel and longer than half the width of the QuattroCorbel.

Replacement is limited to the supply only of a new QuattroCorbel within a reasonable time frame. It does not include expenses or costs related to:

• The removal of the existing QuattroCorbel
• The installation of the new QuattroCorbel
• Project delays or third party liabilities.

Synergy Pacific Engineered Timber Ltd. reserves the right, upon being notified, to verify or appoint an agent to verify, within a reasonable amount of time the claim and review the QuattroCorbel installation before approving any claim. Claims for the QuattroCorbel that have been installed in contravention to the published installation guidelines will not be entertained. QuattroCorbels that have been removed or uninstalled prior to verification by Synergy Pacific will not be replaced.
