Specialty Products 

For specific customers Synergy Pacific does manufacture specialty products that align with our core competency manufacturing laminated appearance-grade products.  Examples of products we produce for specific customers include:

Treatable Hemlock QuattroPosts 

For specific applications, customers have purchased QuattroPost be made with Hemlock in order that they can effectively treat the column.  The ability to penetrate the column from both the outside and inside of the product has helped customers secure better overall chemical penetration of their posts.  Hemlock QuattroPosts have been made in 4x4, 6x6 and 8x8.

Turning/Newel Posts:

Synergy Pacific produces high grade laminated turning posts in Whitewood (pine or hemlock) or Western Red Cedar. Turning posts have been produced from 3x3 to 8x8 dimensions and in lengths from 3ft to 10ft.  These posts are typically made to customer grades and may or may not contain finger joints within the products.

Playground Posts: 

Synergy has manufactured specially designed laminated products for both the commercial and residential playground industry.  Products have been made in both whitewood and western red cedar.  The playground industry have been making to move towards engineered lumber products in an effort to improve the quality of their own playground sets.
